The Gettysburg Baking Company LLC, a.k.a. Pomona’s Bakery Café, has been baking artisan breads and pastries for the Adams County community since 1996. We follow the methods found in traditional European village-style baking. With attention to time & temperature, we gather the humble ingredients of flour, water, salt & yeast (or sourdough culture), and transform them into a flavorful and memorable loaf. Nothing more, nothing less. We invite you to visit Pomona’s Bakery Café and our production facility in Biglerville, Pennsylvania—and if we have a little time to “loaf” around, we’ll gladly show you around the place. Tuesday-Saturday 8am-5pm

Café Hours:

Lunch: Tuesday-Friday 11am to 2pm

Brunch: Saturday 8am to 2pm

Dinner: Tuesday -Saturday 5 pm to 9 pm

Tuesday & Wednesday Dinner Menus are Pasta, Pizza & Panini Nights
